How much does shipping cost?

Shipping prices are included in the full product cost for domestic US orders. No additional shipping cost is charged for standard domestic US shipping.

For international orders, shipping prices come directly from the shipping carrier—UPS, USPS, or Fedex. We don't have control over the carrier prices and they can be high for international shipments. 


When will my order ship?

Orders placed before 12pm will ship same day. Orders placed after 12pm will ship the day after your order is placed, e.g. if you order on a Monday afternoon, your order will ship on Tuesday, etc. If you need your order in a hurry we suggest placing it between Sunday–Thursday to ensure express service.


How do I track my order?

Tracking numbers are sent out once your order has shipped via e-mail and/or sms, if selected. If you have any questions about the status of your order, simply email us and we’ll be in touch to help.


How are my items shipped?

Orders are shipped in branded Yellowbird boxes based on the order quantity and shipped according to your desired shipping choice—either free standard US shipping, or 2-day shipping with carrier fees applied.


My package never arrived

E-mail us at thebird@yellowbirdsauce.com or call us at 512–838–3300. We’ll do our best to work with the carrier to resolve this—please note our shipping policy below:

Our priority is to make sure you receive your package in a timely manner. This means we release all shipments without signature requirements and cannot be held responsible for FedEx, USPS, or UPS errors.

You can help make sure nothing goes wrong with your delivery by:

  • Ensuring your address can accept deliveries; no PO boxes.
  • Checking your confirmation email to make sure there are no typos in your address details and that your unit # is included (for larger apartment buildings)
  • Follow your tracking link closely to monitor for errors or alerts; if your building is locked to outsiders (no lobby, mailroom, etc.) then to be extra safe we recommend calling your selected carrier with your tracking details and requesting a specific service (i.e. "leave the package on the front stoop, please")


Can I expedite shipping for my order?

All orders ship via 3-5 day standard US shipping to ensure you receive your product as soon as possible, unless you've chosen 2-day expedited shipping. Orders placed after 12pm Friday–Sunday will ship the following Monday. If you need your order in a hurry we suggest placing it between Sunday–Thursday to ensure express service.


Do you ship to my country?

We currently ship within the US and a handful of select countries outside the US. Order requests outside of these countries are handled on a case by case basis — please e–mail thebird@yellowbirdsauce.com for more info.
