Refunds + Replacements
Only items that are eligible for refunds are items purchased directly from Yellowbird Foods website or our Amazon shop — third–party Amazon retailers are not included. Products purchased from a retailer, distributor, or third–party seller of any kind are eligible for a replacement either shipped directly from us or in the form of a VIP coupon.
In our effort to fully support our mission to create a positively spunky experience for all our customers, we will provide a full product replacement with proof of damaged or expired product.
Returns
Due to the nature of our products, returns on food items cannot be accepted — reuse is not allowed even if unopened. No returns on food items.
